"Parents beware - Don’t rely on being able to use the pool. It was 104 degrees the first day we were there. Pros: The view in the one bedroom Hudson suite was spectacular. The room was decently clean but tired. Good location. Cons: The pool temperature fluctuated between 71-104. We couldn’t count on using it. We were told we had an Amazon package delivered when we checked in. It took 3 phone calls and 24 hours to actually get it. As other reviews mention, the elevators are really an issue....

"Second time at property. Outstanding location for strolling, eating, shopping, people, and room stay. Be clear you want to stay in room at front of building view is excellent, rear not so much. Location provides center point to navigate around NY. Probably my favorite spot in all the city."

"With 5 stars and priced after that, I had big expectations. We were lucky to park in front of the hotel, the doorman and receptionist received us nice, even had an extra surprise for our wedding anniversary in the room. The corner room had a beautiful view on the city. The breakfast is nice amd we didn't visit the Jimmy's Rooftop bar and pool. The breakfast was delicious with good Cappucino.
