"My favorite place"

"The room is small but fairly clean. I didn’t see any stains anywhere. Bathroom has a nice size, no closet. Small cabinet with a mini fridge and tv, so the side. The staff were super nice and gave cookies when checking in. The shuttle bus was supposed to run from 9 to 9 but stopped at 5pm (the driver had left). I didn’t get to try the breakfast but they have tea and coffee in the lobby. Sugar, milk is on the table. If you don’t like the coffee, there’s dunkin and Starbucks nearby. The view is lackluster, I was looking at the highway for the most part and parking lot. Must go’s are the outlet malls which is a 10 minute drive with the stoplights. Parking is almost impossible."

"My stay at Comfort Suites Hotel in Central Valley was a great experience overall. What truly stood out was the exceptional service at the front desk. The staff member who assisted me went far beyond standard customer service—she was incredibly helpful, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was taken care of. She answered all my questions with patience and clarity and made the entire stay much smoother. Absolutely awesome service. The property itself was also wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Breakfast was decent—good enough to start the day, but nothing particularly memorable or out of the ordinary. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding customer service."

"My husband and I spent the night at the Hilton Garden Inn for one night and initially our stay was great. Check-in was seamless and our room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, I woke up around 2 am to the sound of drip (on the nightstand) from a small ceiling leak in the corner of the room. My husband woke up around 530am to an unfathomable amount of water pouring out of the bathroom ceiling and at least an inch of water on the tile floor. The carpet was drenched and at this point even the side of the bed was wet! We voiced our concerns to the front desk and were told this was a known issue and affected all the rooms in this particular line. Instead of offering to have our room switched, we were offered Honors points. I understand this is an uncontrollable circumstance but the response was very nonchalant. We certainly didn't want to end our stay and drive home at 6AM on a Saturday morning but we did. Ultimately, we received an emailed apology and rewards points, less the value of what the room cost for the night- But our weekend was certainly derailed"

"hotel grounds are great the rooms need an update the staff is great Margorie is a pleasure to be around the grab and go is great the gym great i did not eat there the restaurant was not open. I would go back even though it is a bit far from my office. they do clean the room every day which to me is how a hotel should be."
