"This place is amazing! It has plenty of character and is not a cookie cutter hotel by any means. The room had an incredible hydrowall shower, exposed brick wall, beautifully elegant lighting fixture over the bed, and a very comfy mattress. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was great if you're in town to catch a Reds game, plenty of places to eat within walking distance (safe to walk around after the ballpark crowd has cleared out). Definitely worth the stay and I'll be back...

"Eclectic and quirky design elements here and there, in alignment with the hotel also sharing space with an art gallery/museum. My room was impeccable: well-laid out, spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner at the bar at Metropole was delightful, as was breakfast in the main room the next day. Very conveniently located, too! My only complaint was that the coffeemaker or phone in my room did not work, and despite three attempts to get that sorted it out, it wasn't taken care of. More a situation...

I like that I can connect my YouTube, Netflix etc to the tv. Some hotels don’t offer that still? Room was updated with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker iron/board, can’t remember if I saw a safe in the closet but I didn’t bring valuables that wouldn’t be on my person. Large windows and tv.
