I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "A really nice Japanese style Onsen Hotel with great staff and a warm atmosphere. Their traditional Japanese breakfast was amazing as was the family onsen. Just a short walk from the train station and super close to all the shopping and food stores on the Main Street. "
