"The hotel is on a large street but it was quiet inside the hotel. The best part was there is a grocery mart and supplies store right beside the hotel so it was super convenient to grab any food, drinks, umbrellas, or raincoats. The staff are really friendly and accommodating, on the basement level, they had a lounge with complimentary snacks and beverage area which I thought was solid, they have laundry machines onsite which was super helpful and it’s walking distance to many sites in Kyoto! "

"The hotel sits above the train station and is a remarkable building that seems to stretch into the clouds it is that big. The service was excellent as were the size of the rooms. the hotel is looking a little tired but worked well for our visit being very central to everything obviously great for the trains and buses.. the bus terminal is conveniently outside and perfect for your sightseeing with a flat fee of 230 yen per trip."
