"I want to highlight the staff here. My wife went to get us food. When she returned, she did not think she could get it to the room in one trip. The employee on duty, Lorenzo, put up a sign at the counter and helped her bring it to our room. That was a gesture out of his way, but he did it to accommodate the guest. I appreciated it, because we had a horrible time at the Hilton Garden in Alpharetta GA, the two days before. Great job to the management in Chattanooga."

"Room smelled like weed right when we opened the door, the bed was so noisy, any little movement was waking my kid up. Asked for extra sheets & pillows twice & was completely ignored. Definitely won’t be returning."

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the reasons we chose it was that it allows pets, which was very convenient for us. Check-in took a little longer than expected because the front desk computer was not working properly at first. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and got everything sorted out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again in the future."

"Room was good, larger than most. And small kitchenette was good. Clean when we arrived. Pool was nice. Breakfast was not great. Biggest complaint was service from staff at the lobby desk. Needed towels replaced and trash taken. Asked staff twice for service and was told to get clean towels, I had to bring my used towels down stairs from 4th floor. After our 4th day of stay, a cleaning lady brought towels and took trash. Maybe I'm behind the times, but i expected better."

"Sparkling clean room, large great shower, convenient location. Our check in guy looked rumpled and was without a nametag. No hand soap in our bathroom so when I called guest services I was told I could come down to the front desk to get it. So, not the best service."

"When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe."

"While the Sonesta in Chattanooga appears clean, my recent stay was a complete failure in hospitality and basic guest care. ​Upon discovering that the toilet flooded the bathroom floor every time it was flushed, I immediately requested assistance. I was assured maintenance was on the way, but after three hours of waiting and multiple follow-up calls, I was told no one would come until the next day—and that no other rooms were available to move me to. I was forced to use all of my clean towels...

"There was mold in the bathroom of the first room we checked into which they were accommodating to move us to another room which was great honestly probably wouldn't stay here again as the property seems to be run down and not kept up well.Breakfast only is open until 9am which is fine for those that don't have kids"
