We are always greeted with genuine Southern hospitality at The Loutrel. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast is excellent, and the happy hour is a great added touch. This hotel is truly first class.

We loved our stay at the Loutrel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby area for breakfast and evening cocktails is bright and airy. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the daily market, and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here during our next visit.

From the staff to the accommodations, The Loutrell was impeccable in every way. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. Given our experience, I'm somewhat surprised it merits "only" a four-star rating. The front desk staff was especially outstanding. The warm greeting and helpful information about the area was much appreciated.
