"I have stayed in youth hostels I would rate higher than the Hope Hotel. Shower didn't work, lamp didnt work, toilets didn't flush, music so loud from downstairs till 12.30am that couldn't hear TV and the shower door was rattling. Cabinet was broken and floor was dirty.
