"Expect small rooms; e.g. the king size bed, goes from wall to wall at the window, no space on three sides. In case you come with two people and have multiple large suitcases you have a challenge to place them, and even more to open them (one at a time)."

"This property is awful. Feels more like a condemned mental hospital or a prison. Rooms are filthy, AC does not work, place has an awful smell. We only stayed there to be close to the airport for an early flight, if i had to do it again i would have just had my family sleep in the car."

"Hotel is in Rembrandt Square and as such the area is very busy with lots of dining and other Amsterdam amenities. However hotel lobby was closed due to construction and staff seemed ambivalent about guests. Room was very small and poorly lit. Due to the construction there were no available hotel amenities."

"Through Expedia booking, the indication was the 17th floor restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It apparently is not available for lunch. One morning (12:30 am) we put out the breakfast in room order card. It was not picked up, so no breakfast delivery. The staff was apologetic for both issues."

"Very dissatisfied. Room size smaller than my room on cruise ship. A/C in room did not work no matter how we adjusted thermostat. View from room was of other hotel rooms. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was very overpriced for quality of room. Checking out to get bill copy was a complete "train wreck". No order or directions to make check out easier. I could have done express check out, but i wanted to see my bill to be sure it was correct. As a Hilton Honors member, I could not recommend this property to others."
