"Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. They gave us a room that smell like urine, and didn't look well clean but when I call and let them know the immediately switched us to a different side of the building that I can tell the difference in cleanliness by just walking the hallways. The room was smelling very good and it was well cleaned. I wish The rooms had microwaves but there is one at the lobby . It's not convenient to me to go downstairs to warm up my food. Parking lot should be lighted up it's dark and I didn't feel comfortable walking from the car that I got to park far away from the entrance. I like to walk around the marina and to the beach for excersice, but a guy and a girl approached me and asked for a jack. It was suspicious the guy didn't look right. It was around 11:00 am. Since then I was afraid of walking outside by myself. There were homeless people as well sometimes laying down on the grass around the marina walkways. Other than that it's a really beautiful place and site and very convinient location."

"I like the location and amenities of this hotel. It’s modern and clean. The hot tub/pool area and outside area were nice. My only complaint is that we had to upgrade to a more expensive room in order to get early check in. Felt like a bit of a scam. The tv in the more expensive room didn’t work well, like the screen was damaged."
