"This is a great hotel for a stopover. Staff were friendly, rooms were nice and the pool is nice to have (although it was freezing even though it was boiling outside). Breakfast was well stocked and good food."

Anaïs was very welcoming and friendly and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A real luxury treat in a beautiful village not far from Reims and the champagne region. We’ll be back!"

"The hotel has everything we were looking for. Unfortunately we ended up in an argument with a member of staff over our 5 year old daughter's food that she was finishing as we arrived in the bar area to order food and drinks for ourselves. We were asked to leave - shouted over to us from the bar. Once the staff understood we were ordering food and drink for ourselves we were allowed to stay. My wife was cross and complained directly to the staff member who had asked us to leave. He agued the line...

"This is such a charming hotel! We were upgraded on arrival to a luxury room which was classically French in style and beautifully presented. It was in a quiet street about 15 minutes walk from the cathedral. We were greeted warmly on arrival and were directed into the rear of the property for the prebooked parking. The only reasons we marked this 4 rather than 5 star was because the breakfast was extremely expensive at €21 per head, and also the shower was not attached so could only be used...
