"I was on a business trip at the Red Roof in Livonia and the staff was great great big smile on her face when I walked in taking care of business as a fire alarm was going off making sure my room was great no strings attached. I did not get her name, but the staff here is great. The room was good thank you and kudos for the shower chair!!!!!!! In my ROOM"
