"Bed sheets given to us from the front desk had strands of hair attached. I had asked for more pillows at the front desk and was told they did not have any. She never left the desk to check either. The bed was super squeaky and uncomfortable. Felt more like a stay at a motel compared to a hotel. I did not eat the breakfast, but plenty of others were taking advantage of it. "

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. When we arrived on 4/3/26, the bed in our room had visible feces/stains on it. This is not a minor issue — it is a serious sanitation failure and completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one under a major brand. Walking into a room in that condition immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. It was extremely uncomfortable and disruptive, especially arriving late and having to deal with something like this. A refund was eventually provided, but that does not make up for the experience or the fact that the room should have never been in that condition to begin with. I would not stay here again and would strongly caution others before booking."

"The room was clean, the breakfast was good, but the one hotel clerk was very rude, has a very bad attitude, and raised her voice while talking to me, called me a derogatory name, lied on me even after she reviewed her video footage and she was very confrontational, not customer service friendly at all and I would never stay there again."
