Hotel Dekat Henderson Castle

"I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it."

"Terrible experience with Xperia and property. We booked and paid for our stay in advance. Live 3 hours away, upon arriving around 10 pm we were told that Xpedia overbooked there hotel and they had no rooms available. We had to scramble in an unclean and what looked like unsafe property at almost midnight. Absolute terrible and unsafe experience for our family."

"The bed was nice. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, including the bathroom outlet outlets. The towels were small and thin the light fixtures and TV were extremely outdated, but we were comfortable. The microwave worked, but the turntable inside didn’t match the microwave. It had a weird smell throughout the hotel."

"Parking is sketchy at best. The parking light lot(s) are not lit up in the least bit. For it being in a relatively sketchy area, its not the best hotel for a single person. This hotel is ond of those hotels that you use the buddy system. "

"Small pool, breakfast was less than blah and never changed, but rooms were big and nice shower. House keeping would take dirty towels, but not restock them. Did not restock toilet paper or tissues. No pool towels available, they gave you wash clothes in place of them. "

"Our room didn’t have hot water during our stay. We couldn’t shower, hand washing was with freezing water. The hot tub was empty, they didn’t even tell us when we checked in. We went to the pool and saw it was roped off. Went and asked front desk, and she said “oh yeah, I think we are waiting on a part”. I would think they would tell us this when we were checking in. "Our room was kinda weird with the super high ceilings, loud from being under the stairs and we had the handicap room so when we showered water got everywhere. We didn’t have time to try the pool and gym but it looked great. The coffee was great but the food was just ok. "

"The room was fairly clean but the fridge was dirty and the ice had not been dumped out for awhile bcuz it was yellow and had food in it and freezer was dirty as well. Shower curtain was moldy at the bottom and the toilet kept running and the exhaust fan would not turn off. Not what I expect for a Homewood suits"
