"Looks like they are doing some remodeling on the outside, but it seems like the rooms have recently been remodeled. Very comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced room. Had a few hot options in addition to the regular continental breakfast items. "

"Nice hotel which is reasonably close to the airport. Shuttle service (one way) from the hotel to the airport is a bonus. Too bad there's no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Not sure why. Dinner at the restaurant was good, and is the only dining option available. We didn't see any restaurants within walking distance. Our only complaint is that our room was very warm even with the window opened and the thermostat turned OFF. We couldn't understand why, since this is a first floor room....

"Wonderful and kind staff! They had a big spread for breakfast. We stayed in a room with an on suite, and it was wonderful! The small amenities of Q-tips and cotton rounds as well as washcloths! My favorite stay while in Iceland."

"Rooms are very comfy and the facilities are well maintained. Had the opportunity to stay here on two occasions in Iceland and would highly recommend to other travelers. Also, got some great pics of the northern lights here!"

"Parking was available at the hostel. I would definitely stay here again as it was very clean, quiet and adequate accommodations of showers and common space to easily move around. The privacy of my bunk was great and ability to have an outlet and light inside the bunk, and a locked drawer was absolutely appreciated. Lived this place!"
