"Room was clean when we got there but the bathroom didn't close. I called 3 times for the housekeeper to come to get cleans towels first I was told to take the dirty ones to the lobby and to get clean ones and then was told they would send the housekeeper she never came I called 2 hours later and was told they were sending right away and she never came I called again and was told again she was coming right now and she never showed up. Other than that our stay was great."

"Breakfast was nice, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean. Overall, it was a decent stay. However, the pool was not heated and was quite cold, and the hot tub jets were not working, which was disappointing since these amenities were a big reason for booking. While the stay was generally good, the issues with the pool and hot tub did not fully meet expectations"
