I am not want to leave reviews, but this has been one of the worst experiences in this hotel. The parking is perfect because I have a truck and a big trailer was able to park and then when I go into the room, the air conditioning just turned on and was just heater OK so the next thing I turn on the TV nothing works so I go to the front office and tell the gentleman listen to the TV, not working in the AC

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel\. Unfortunately, the staff was one of the biggest issues\. The service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and did not make me feel welcomed or valued as a guest\. For the price and expectations of a hotel like this, I expected much better customer service and professionalism\. The way my concerns were handled was frustrating and left a very negative impression\. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to the staff\. Good customer service should be a basic part of the guest experience, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here\. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience\.

The room was just nowhere. I’d stay we checked in because we needed to rest before we continued on our trip. The bed literally had a dent in it as if there was a body that never moved and that’s how I got there. The bathtub had huge chips in the porcelain so when taking a shower, we had to put the towel down to step on the place was just dirty not anything like the Motel 6 I’ve ever stood.

The major issue here is the high volume of vagrants and hoodied people that come out once the sun goes down right outside the rooms drinking beer, playing loud music into the night and smoking weed. I am sorry to say It is simply not safe. I had to check out and found a more established safer hotel. Go to bear valley road or to mall area for a safer (yes more $$), hotel but it’s worth it. Specially if you are there to sleep.

Bate and switch catfish hotel, the price you pay online on the site will not be reflected when you check in…. They basically will offer you a really small smoking room with no air conditioner,and if you want a decent room with air conditioner, then you must upgrade by $20 a day… that’s not much of a price difference, but also bad business….. not even sure how that’s legal to sell rooms to people without any basic accommodations… can’t even get a bucket of ice without a fee! It’s disturbingly dirty also……lots of bugs…….im scared to bring anything back with me
