"Room: clean and spotless, but a little bit small Reception: staff very courteous Parking: spacious, 20€/ day Breakfast buffet: okay, not many choices for fruit. The bread is really good. Amenities: don’t know since we don’t use them 2nd Stay: 1st time = 1 night & 2nd time = 2 nights After 2 stays, I still have a good feeling about them."

"Everything was excellent!! Great and helpful staff, beautiful, neat and clean room. Delicious breakfast, the location is a big plus. Anna made my stay so much better with her kindness and positive attitude. She was always smiling, patient, and ready to help with any question I had. She truly represents the best of hospitality. I hope the hotel knows what a gem they have in her! "

"Amazing location!! Right near lots of restaurants, shops, Grand Place, Central Station…. They held our luggage before/after our stay. Clean rooms with a great view of the street and A/C and heating available. Modern bathrooms. Only issue is that the doors are not soundproof - we heard other travellers coming home at 1am yelling and slamming doors. Other than that, lovely stay. "
