"No A/C— ventilation worked only half the time. When we checked in the manager told us that were going to get an upgrade., but in reality, she downgraded us to the old building. The shower was tiny. The only good thing I can say is one of the staff members which was a male who is very helpful and gave us good recommendations on restaurants. I think his name started with an F. He had kind of balding head. He was nice."

"Great location. We didn’t have chance to use the spa but the bag of spa treats in our room were a lovely touch if we had. The food in the restaurant was AMAZING, probably the best food of our two week trip (get the pork!)"

"Chambre familiale bien conçue avec espace séparé enfants/parents, petit déjeuner copieux et excellent, coin cuisine pour réchauffer des plats appréciable, jardin très beau, personnel amical, bien situé. Seul regret, le coté impersonnel et robotique de devoir faire le checkout sur ordinateur, même en présence de réceptionniste le matin."

"Going in we knew it was a historic building but the room was dark and minimal compared to other similar facilities we have stayed at. No one was at the desk to check us in, we had to call on phone at desk to pay for parking before getting code to lock box for key to room. There was no mention of a code to get back in the building in the evening. Breakfast was the standard continental breakfast. Beautiful area with an old church and covered bridge."

"Well located in Interlaken West. Just a block away from train and buses. Beautifully situated between 2 beautiful rivers, downtown and nice restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly. I would stay again"

"The location is good but they dont clean the room. They only remove the trash and replinish the towels. We stayed there for 6 nights. One tine- they didnt empty our trashz "

"La propiedad tiene una decoración linda, pero en general es obscuro y las áreas generales están sucias, particularmente las alfombras. En nuestra habitación había hormigas y las toallas se veían desgastadas. El desayuno es variado, pero de sabor regular. El restaurante necesitas más limpieza. El personal de recepción es muy amable."
