"Clean room and a comfortable bed, the two most important things. The staff was very pleasant and breakfast was decent. Although Expedia says check-in at 1500, they don't unlock the door until 1600. We wandered around wondering if it was the right place because we couldn't get in at 1500. The room and bathroom are very small. The bathroom and shower a little difficulet to maneuver around in. The bathroom door needs some oil and would wake my wife when I'd get up in the middle of the night."

"It was a real pleasure to stay at this gem of a hotel. It's a family run business and they took care to make our stay enjoyable. The staff were lovely and the room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. We decided to have a meal in the restaurant one evening and we were delighted at the quality of the meal. It was one of the best restaurant meals we have had in a long time. The hotel is situated in a small,quiet village. For us, it was perfectly located for hiking the surrounding countryside. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and I'm really glad we picked this hotel for our Bavarian hiking. "
