Late checkin just around closure of kitchen, but we got a good meal to eat at room. Personel cleared a parking lot for car with trailer - all in all top service. Alll is new, well build and nice and nothing lacked at breakfast - even orange juice was 100% and not watered up. The bed was good but a bit narrow. Simply good value for money run by people who care.

I booked two rooms. Staff gave the big room to my brother, who is a single man and give me and my husband a one small bed room. My brother does not know what is what, staff asked him who will stay where, but gave both keys to him without information. Breakfast is very LIMTED and service is bad. Will not come back

Dafür, dass wir nur zwei Nächte dort waren war es ausreichend. Wasserhahn nicht fest. Toilettendeckel defekt. Spinnen und Spinnweben an der Decke, welche ich selbst entfernt habe.

Ankom i dejligt vejr, men kunne ikke få lov til at spise i restauranten udendørs. Ellers fine forhold. Pænt værelse, men “koldt” og ugemytlig. Her manglede en stol elle 2, så man ikke var henvist til sengen eller en stiv kontorstol.

Die Lage und das Personal top, absolut zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind recht klein und im sommer, da weder Klima noch Ventilatoren vorhanden sind, sehr warm.

Hôtel et personnel sympathique pour cet hôtel situé en périphérie de Wangen. Restaurant correct sur place. Au calme entouré de verdure. 2 points d’amélioration : pas de climatisation, et parking souvent complet aux heures du restaurant

Warten Sie - ich komme gleich, kleiner Moment, ein Augenblick. Leider zieht sich das durch den ganzen Aufenthalt. An sich ein nettes Hotel, welches entweder durch bessere Planung oder mehr Personal richtig gut sein könnte. Das anwesende Personal war stehts bemüht, das möchte ich hier auch nicht schlecht reden. Die Ankunft war schon mit längerem Warten am Empfangstresen verbunden. Das Zimmer war gerichtet, aber nur 2 von 3 Betten. Beim Essen im Restaurant ging es weiter von falschen Getränken, bis über teils fehlendes, teils falsches Essen. Wie gesagt schade drum...

An sich ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind gut und modern eingerichtet, die Duschen mit einer normalen und einer Regendusche ausgestattet und verfügen über einen angemessen großen Fernseher. Leider schmälern der Service und nicht funktionierende Prozesse das Ergebnis. Empfang im Hotel sehr nüchtern, keine allgäuer Herzlichkeit, nur den Namen im System gesucht, die Karten ausgestellt und kurz noch erklörz wo das Zimmer und der Aufzug ist. Keine Infos über Frühstück (Kosten des Frühstücks), die Möglichkeit einen E-Parkplatz für 20 Euro (gesamter Aufenthalt inkl. Ladegebühren) anzumieten und zu reservieren (was wir garantiert getan hätten), keine Infos über das Hotelrestaurant oder die Bar. Auf dem Zimmer ist ein Tablet, das Informationen zum Hotel und der Region bereitstellen und auch als Chat-System mit dem Empfang dienen soll. Leider sind auch hier die bereits erwähnten Infos nicht erhältlich - die WLAN Infos z.B. findet man auf einem Zettel der auf dem Tisch liegt. Alle Infos aus dem Tablet bekommt man auch auf der Webseite, den Rest im Internet. Das Chat-System ist eine gute Idee, wenn beim Empfang mal jemand das Ganze lesen würde. Ähnliches Desaster auch mit der Abbestellung des Reingungsservice über das Tablet. Bis zur Abreise (5 Tage) keine Antwort. Das Frühstücksbuffet kostet 14 Euro pro Person und besticht durch Wurst und Käsewaren aus dem Großhandel, harte Miniaufbackwaren und ständig wechselnd fehlenden Komponenten (Rührei, Speck, Gurkenscheiben etc.).

Bon hôtel au calme au milieu de la campagne allemande. Personnel très sympathique. Je conseille aussi le restaurant de l'hôtel !

Overraskende godt!

Meget dejligt hotel med en fin terrasse/have, som er ideel når man rejser med hunde. Hotellet har en skøn restaurant med mad og drikkevarer af høj kvalitet. Stort lækkert badeværelse på hotelværelset, og alt virker nyrenoveret. Ikke sidste gang vi overnatter her.
