"Everything about our stay was excellent. The accommodation was warm, spotlessly clean and the twin beds very comfortable. The room itself was the smallest in the house but we found it more than adequate and were very happy with the space. Our hosts were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome. The guesthouse is conveniently situated on the main bus route into the city so, as we did not have a car, there wasn't a problem getting out and...

"Great Hotel right in the heart of Lincoln, very oldy worldly but with some modern touches, free car park on site was great and the staff were friendly. The food and drink were very good too. Would definitely recommend and will return at a later date!! 😊 "

"Well-situated hotel, deluxe room was very comfortable with very fast wifi and fabulous Elemis toiletries. The cathedral view was spectacular. The only gripe was the noise of the extractor fans at the back of the property and the room was too hot! It's a complaint I have about a lot of hotels, unfortunately."

"There was a good buffet breakfast. All the staff were polite and courteous. The room, with a window to the side, gave a view of the cathedral to one side and a view of the marina to the other side. The room was modern and comfortable. The hotel is very close to everything. We will stay again."

"Great location behind the cathedral.The room and bathroom were clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was great and even though it was buffet/help yourself the quality of the food was good. The room itself was a bit shabby around the edges. There were stains on the carpet and the furniture was scratched and outdated. Whilst the bathroom looked like it had recently been retiled the taps and shower head were covered in what I guess was limescale.The remote control...

"Excellent value room with comfortable beds. Very quiet area with a very pleasant canal walk. Pub next door is a typical Marston affair, everything was served hot. Breakfast choices all fine. "

"Access worked well via code communicated via email. Room was very clean and well appointed. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Small bathroom with nice rainfall shower. Location was ideal sitting at the bottom of Steep Hill between shops and historic Lincoln (castle/cathedral). "
