"Had a junior suite - very nice. Clean and plenty of room. Nice little balcony. Very central location. Inside the hotel was nice and staff was outstanding. Outside the property / the side walks are pretty dirty and the area is very busy. Felt safe though. While waiting for our car service outside, the front desk staff kept coming out and checking in with us. She was so nice."

"Great hotel in an excellent location. Staff very helpful and the best fresh cooked breakfast we’ve eaten. We were even surprised to find a cake in our room as a gesture of goodwill to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately our room wasn’t clean to the standards you would expect for a hotel of this calibre. Some days we were not sure if the cleaner had even been in to clean the room. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay."

"The property was just a few steps from the Sloterdijk Sprinter train and tram stations. The location is a 5-minute ride going to Amsterdam Centraal. The staff are very helpful and the buffet breakfast is always fresh and the staff are very mindful in refilling the food."
