"Spotless room, modern, convenient. I have to say that one staff member went over and above.. he fixed my television (the lead was detached) as I was very keen to watch the second episode of “call the midwife” on the Boxing Day .. started at 20.30 and we checked in at 18.30.. the reception was very busy and he still had the patience and care to fix it for me "

"I was extremely pleased with the apartment that I stayed in, it was quiet, spacious and comfortable. It had everything I needed fo my short stay. As they are set up for self catering, you do not get the option for breakfast however, there is a joining store where you can items to make your own breakfast/lunch/meals! The staff here were very friendly and helpful, even offering recommendations for places to eat in the city centre. I’m always slightly nervous of accommodations that take security deposits but if this is to help them maintain the standard, then I can see why they do it. "

"Great room. Clean. Attentive staff. Central location. Only issue was with one of the lifts (the one on the far right). On the way up, it would abruptly stop at floor 10, then jolt and drop to floor 8, pause for 5-10 seconds then restart the journey up. This happened twice during our stay. We did report it to team, but avoided using that lift again due to concerns for safety. This made journeys up or down from room longer due to this lift frequently being the one that arrived first. Hopefully it got sorted, but can’t confirm as refused to ride that lift again during our stay. "

"Hotel was clean and conveniently located for an overnight stay after the show that we went to see at bpPulse arena. Free parking was a massive plus. The staff were all friendly and helpful."
