Hotel murah di Hazel Grove

"The excellent staff at the reception- especially Renjth Johnson and Parineeta , went out of their way to deliver fantastic and efficient service. The lady who was vacuuming the floor ensured that we had help to operate the not too functional dining room lift. The breakfast was very tasty andvthe staff courteous. The room was clean and well lit, so were the batheooms."

"i booked a standard king bed.however,they use 2 single beds put together.and this causes discomfort because there is a hole in the middle of the bed.an ordinary hotel and should not get 4 stars.housekeeping is not clean.the room still has trash on it floor."

"We arrived a bit damp but excited for our stay before flying to Lanzarote today. Tierney greeted us and she was so friendly and helpful, an absolute asset to the hotel! We went back into Manchester for food and drinks. On our return to the hotel we had a couple of drinks before we got some rest. The guy (sorry, we forgot your name!) on the bar was great and helpful. We were really pleased with our room, the bed was really comfortable and we thought the way the space was used was excellent....

"Lovely and clean hotel staff really welcoming the only gripe was when we went for breakfast no one greated us and showed us the way around was a little complicated not your usual breakfast senario plates and cups hidden in shelving under the food which you couldnt see when standing roght by the food "
