"For the price and location for my specific need the hotel was good. The bed comfy, room clean and a nice touch with the in room welcome pack of amenities and biscuits. The only concern was a young child (the receptionists child) randomly walking in my hotel room (room 2) to use my toilet and walk out again). I laugh it off now, but was concerning at the time."

"We only stayed for 1 night with our dogs, the grounds of the hotel are stunning with lovely views. We were only given 1 bottle of water for our room, when booking I was advised the additional supplement for pets would ensure plenty water in the room, this was not the case but we had plenty with us anyway so didn't see the point in mentioning it. "My daughter and I loved our stay here and would definitely come to stay here again! The staff were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived. They even had our room ready early as we arrived at midday. Even though we were happy to wait in the bar area. The hotel is next to a lovely park and lake. So we went for a walk around the lake while we waited. Our room was lovely and clean too. We were out late after going to a concert. We were able to order ourselves food from their their 24/7 menu....

"Second time staying here. Everything was great. Decor is lovely giving great atmosphere. Breakfast is extensive even with the less expensive continental option. Staff are well trained and helpful. Easy walk through the park to Didsbury village and the tram station. Room isn’t air conditioned but fan provided was sufficient."
