"The room and facilities were good though the bathroom has a window grill open to outside so was freezing cold at night, to cold to stay in for a shower etc. We ate at the restaurant, the steak was amazing, perfectly cooked but and they didn't deliver to the table any of the sides we had ordered so we had steaks, no potatos, no veggies, and some how we were charged $29 for what we are pretty sure was a $17 glass of wine. "We had such a wonderful experience during our stay. Thank you so much for surprising my son with a birthday cake—it truly made his day extra special. Before our arrival, I requested a room on a higher floor away from the noise, as my son loves staying on high floors, and I also asked if it would be possible to display a birthday message in the room.
