Perlflag Hotel Group Havering hotels

"Some staff willing to go beyond and were helpful and attentive. Property under maintenance to improve facilities and rooms. Rooms were cleaned and maintained on request. Lift currently being fixed. Nice old fashioned hotel with necessities."

"Beautiful property, really enjoyed my stay"

"We've stayed in 4 different hotels in the Kings Cross area and this was the best experience. It has a lift to upper floors, friendly staff, a great location for St. Pancras and is staffed 24/7. As a lot of hotels in this area, the rooms are small and the building is old, but it was very suitable for a 2 day stop before boarding the Eurostar."

"Room was beautiful clean, small but everything was to a high standard"

"Great place to stay"

"It was clean, quiet, and the desk attendant was very accommodating. A lot of sources advertise a pub in the hotel, but it is closed and has been for years. Not much of a negative, but just be aware. There is no card entry into the building. The desk attendant has to buzz you in. At first it was a little strange, but the extra level of security is probably a good thing, though the neighborhood was not at all threatening. It is very diverse though, so if that bothers you it is something to...

"Very near the metro, nearby food and shops "

"Good location with comfortable bed."
