"We received such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were excellent throughout, friendly, attentive and always happy to help. The food was delicious, well presented and offered great value for money. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. A lovely place with brilliant service and a welcoming atmosphere. We would happily return and would recommend it to other travellers looking for excellent food, good value and outstanding hospitality."

"I only stayed for one night but it was the perfect location for a wholesome day and evening in Warwick. Everything you need and comes with continental breakfast too. If you want a lovely spot for a coffee and an pastry in the morning pop into TwoBros Coffee just a short 5 minute walk down into the city centre."

"The hotel is in lovely grounds by the River Avon & has lots of parking space. The location is within easy reach by car of Kenilworth, Stoneleigh Abbey, Leamington Spa and Warwick. The room was quiet and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is a bit small but fine if not many are using it. Breakfast is a bit expensive if you pay for it separately and a bit early for us, during the week, but there was a good selection in the buffet and menu, although you had to pay extra for some dishes. The dinner was tasty although my fish dish was a bit salty. The hotel isn't very eco friendly. There were little water bottles in the bedroom & we were given more the second day. I saw a trolley full of them. This is a lot of plastic waste. There is no need for plastic water bottles: wevfilled our own water bottles with water from the bar. Also, although we were encouraged to not discard barely used towels, one of my towels was uneccessarily replaced."

"Great hotel! Comfortable rooms with everything you need. Also amazing to be able to use the facilities which are really good for a hotel gym and pool/spa as its actually a paying membership healthclub. We had brunch one morning which was good as we didnt fancy the buffet, but the buffet was also of a good standard. Would definitely recommend!"
