"Clean room, amazing staff, great area"

"A beautifully maintained hotel that was a great place to spend the night. We stayed in the tower with two and adults and two kids and was great to have three different levels, including the sitting room at the top with windows all around. The snacks in the communal sitting area was much appreciated and breakfast was very nice."

"The hotel is tired and in need of major upgrades. The sheets and comforter were stained as well. We ended up leaving after only one night due to the cleanliness issues and the uncomfortable beds."

"Older property, kept as clean as possible. First floor ice machine not working, and the second floor needed repair's. The continental breakfast selection was so sparse, we went to the diner around the corner. Available: 2 Cereals, packaged blueberry muffins, plain bagels and apples. Yeah, coffee and tea but no juices."

"1st room smelled like a cigarette factory. Complained and got a new room. Much better. Watched to young BM walk down a hallway with video cameras and make contact with two scantily dressed women. Appeared that they were doing some sort of Adult webcam work. This places does need a make over. Staff was very nice and the bed we slept in was very comfortable."

"We were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked out stay! It appears very motel-like on the outside so I was a little nervous. However, the staff was great, the pool with little bar and string lights was super cute and the grounds were beautiful. They offered a nice hot breakfast in the morning and although we went out in New Hope, it looked great! I took 1 star away because our bathroom definitely had a few hairs on the floor which was really off putting, as well as part of the bathroom...

"The place is very clean, room was spotless, coffee 24/7-cup at a time. Breakfast was good. Only c/ is pillows too soft and ice machine on 1st floor only"

"Price was right...And location was awesome...lots of restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. Staff was great!"

"Front desk staff were not friendly at all. We booked a suite for 7, we got 3 towels, when I asked for more, they acted like I was taking all they had! We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping did not update towels, toilet paper, etc. I had to ask for it, was told to bring dirty tags downstairs to switch out that housekeeping does not do this until you checkout. Breakfast was good but the space was too small for the amount of people that was there."

"please apply credit locked room as was promised. i was locked inside the room and could not get out. Staff came up let me out and checked there was an issue with the door lock and stated he will give a credit on the bill this is for room 305"

"The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"
