"This is a lovely place to stay. It is just off the M5 in a rural location. A beautiful pub with history. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. The food choices are varied and when served, well presented. We will stay again when we are visiting family in Cheshire or Scotland. "Stayed as a family, three rooms for two nights. Welcome phone call and email was great as well as when we arrived. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern with great views across the local countryside. Car charging was perfect after such a long journey. Breakfast was great, good choice, good portions and friendly and attentive service. Would easily recommend the manor."

"A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful."

"The Old Rose and Crown is in a quiet location on the edge of the Lickey Hills surrounded by grass and trees. It is easy to reach from the M5. The room was well set out with comfortable bed, sofa and chairs, and en suite. The only downside was that no food is provided on site but there are a couple of pub / restaurants within 10 mins walk of the hotel.
