Hotels near Hart Island

"I called the hotel because I was checking in at 4 am due to had issue in my apartment and I was working a double needed to crash quite place to sleep . They gave me room c18 . Mind u I tell the guy front desk that I was very tired was looking forward to good rest . Now why the put me in area where all the noise is at 730 am . Maintenance, breakfast room. Walkie talkies going off constantly. It was very upsetting because they kept waking me up . Was not a happy camper ! Think I would have slept better at the motel across the highway smh.. FYI rooms were clean bed was comfortable but I couldn’t sleep ."

"Hotel was easy to access. Looks like it was newly renovated nice and clean. Only downside very noisy inside building."

"The room stunk like pet hair mildew. The staff was flirting with the woman I was with and it ruined my night. I left the woman at the hotel. And after being humiliated and sneakily disrespected. I was too disgusted and disappointed to feel any possibility of staying in that hotel while not feeling intimidated and anxious about the intentions of the front desk overnight staff. "

"This is a great find. It's convenient to the train station, near a downtown shopping area with restaurants, extremely well appointed and clean. And the staff was very helpful and friendly. Rachel, the young lady working in the front desk made you feel like you were coming home with a warm smile and professional, friendly demeanor. The rooms were clean and rather large, at least my room on 5th floor. Did not get to try the breakfast but it starts early and sounded delicious. It was also very reasonably priced!"
