The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations:
The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage.
The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged.
The bathrobes in the wardrobe...

"A friend and I booked a family annex room for a weekend away for our special birthdays. The room was ideal because we both had our own space, sleeping area and bathroom but the safety of being in the same room - much better than separate adjoining rooms. The space was pretty big, especially for London and the hotel was nice and clean. It was a great location between St John's Wood and Baker Street tube stations and near Regent's Park. The breakfast buffet was good, there was a decent choice...

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests.
This keeps the feedback clear and constructive!
Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."
