From the checkin to exit everything was great From warm friendly and informative checkin, to how we leave nothing was any bother, Breakfast was plentiful and we'll cooked and well presented. The building was spotless everywhere. Very good position to enjoy a few days in Harrogate it is within easy walk to amenities.

Everything was fabulous from start to finish. Great, friendly knowledgeable hosts. Room spotlessly clean and had Everything we needed. Super freshly cooked breakfast with nice fresh coffee. We can't fault anything about it. Can't wait to come back. We would highly recommend the Germanian to anyone. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything was fabulous! Our room was a lovely large double, with everything you could need.. The rooms are modern & stylish & really comfortable. It was so quiet at night too. The owners are really friendly, helpful & make a great breakfast! Parking outside was really handy, & it’s only a 5 minute walk into town. The photos don’t do justice to just how nice this place is. We can’t wait to stay again.

Our room was very clean and Michael the owner went out of his way to welcome us on arrival and ensure we had a parking space on the road with a permit which was a requirement. The breakfast was lovely and served efficiently. We had cereal, toast and a cooked breakfast of our choice. Nothing was too much trouble. The B&B was situated in an excellent location right on the edge of the town centre.

Great B&B, good location and lovely hosts

Lovely guest house in a great location within walking distance to the bars, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great, the room was were spotless and the hosts a lovely couple. The fact you get a parking permit is an added bonus too, I’d definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The Geminian is a beautiful B&B located on the edge of Harrogate town centre. It’s a short walk from all the sights of this historic spa town. On arrival we were greeted by Michael who explained about our stay and showed us our room. We were allocated room 2 which was found spotless. This room served us well for our two night stay. The bathroom was also spotless and the shower was warm. Michael and his wife Denise also cook up an amazing breakfast to start the day. There were plenty of choices and the Yorkshire tea always goes down well. A small side note is parking in Harrogate is not great. Michael issues you with a parking ticket to park nearby to cover your stay but remember to park in the bays as you will be fined. Overall a super B&B in Harrogate and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great stay

Couldn’t fault our stay at Geminian Guest House. It was in the perfect location, easy to find. Our host was welcoming and friendly and gave great advice on places to eat and information we needed when requested. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was everything we needed it to be. We would return to this guest house if we were looking to stay in Harrogate again.

A fabulous short stay

We had a couple of days in Harrogate and this was just the right spot. Clean, cosy and close to the centre of Harrogate, with enough distance that you didn't feel in the middle of chaos. We were well looked after from before our arrival and I cannot recommend the place highly enough.

Lovely all round

If you are looking for a friendly welcome, a great location and a lovely, clean room then this is ideal. The owner even remembered breakfast orders in case you wanted the same as the previous day. I have already reserved a room here for my next visit to Harrogate.

Wonderful stay

Michael and Denys were perfect hosts. When I arrived I was met with a friendly welcome and shown to my room. Throughout my stay they were always on hand to answer any queries and served a wonderful breakfast. The place was clwan and tidy with great facilities.

Impressive stay

The owners were very friendly , the room was spacious clean, comfortable with everything required for our stay . Breakfast was excellent and the owner/chef even shared tips on preparation of various items.would definitely return and would recommend to friends and family. A credit to Harrogate😊

A great place to stay for a meeting at the conference centre (2 minute walk). Less than 10 minutes walk from the station. Comfortable clean room. Excellent breakfast. Great communication and welcome.
