"Our room’s shower is wonderful and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast food is good and there is plenty of room to eat in the breakfast area. The only thing that was not excellent was the tv service for cable news. I spent most of our stay in my room doing computer work while my husband was at a conference and the large desk and comfortable seating were very helpful."

"Lady at front desk was difficult and showed little interest in being helpful. Seemed very eager to blame Expedia for a mistake in the reservation and said there was no room reserved or available. Once she left the desk, the young man stepped up and was able to find both reservations immediately. I never did get my points, not from Expedia, or from the hotel loyalty program."
