Upon checking in, Kristen stated elevator was completed from being renovated. Within 2 hours, the elevator was not operating. Upon arrival and the next day checking out, it was not operating. You had to walk down the stairs to the lobby. A big inconvenience with luggage and having bad knees. The staff really was not sincere. The room appeared clean but the bathroom was poor. The floor was not throughly mopped. Also dry caulking was stuck on top of the ceramic tiles. The biggest thing was the contractor who installed the shower control plate for shower handle installed it at a very noticable angle to the right. It was not centered. Then the shower doors which are the sliding doors. One of the doors did not stay close and rolled back to allow water to get on the bathroom floor. Then there was dry residue going down the wall by the bathroom trash can. Was not sure if it was from someone coughing mucus or from the renovation material that was used. The mattress had a hard lump going down the center of mattress which made it difficult to sleep. The tv would go off intermittently. So you had to shut it off and turn it back on for the tv to operate again. Then the heater either too hot or too cold. There had to be a within the heater unit or the thermostat itself. Breakfast was just ok. The eggs were poor quality no taste even when you add pepper and cheese to it. Then the saugage was greasy and it was undercooked. The coffee was bad-quality of water or brand.
