"This hotel is very convenient to stores and restaurants especially my favorite Cracker Barrel and Arbys. I love the customer service and breakfast here. This the hotel I stay at whenever visiting Harrisburg, PA. I just love love this place, my second home."

"Customer Service is bad, I asked for Help about our bathroom that is Not working well and she answer my question if I am checking out today, reagrdless if I am checking out that day their supposed to offer help. It was very inconvenient of our stay especially that I have my kids with me. No help arrived. I immediately move to a different hotel. Working as a healthcare professional that is travelling dont deserve this treatment. Very unsatisfied👎👎👎👎👎"

"There was construction - which is understandable and there’s wasn’t any noise that bothered me. But I stayed for 5 nights and not once did housekeeping come to my room. Not to bring towels or take out trash or anything. Was it the end of the world? No. Just be prepared to ask someone for those things if you’re going to want clean towels. There was also still trash in the one trash can when I got there."
