We had adjoining rooms and they were very nice. The bathrooms were pretty small, but fine for us. The pool was really nice and the hot tub was awesome! Breakfast far exceeded our expectations and was delicious. The staff was wonderful! We will be back next year for sure.

Stayed two nights. Hottub was a great relief! They had one of the best complimentary breakfasts I have had in a long time. Forgot my toothbrush, the front desk had one and toothpaste, along with a bottle of mouthwash. Room was very ample and comfortable.

This is a beautiful property. Nice jacuzzi tub in the room. Coffee all day available. Cookies Friday night, however; none on Saturday. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was awesome. Great choices. Chocolate Milk was great, waffle maker, and bagels, biscuits with gravy, bacon, hash brown potatoes, clementines and apples. Bed very comfortable and room very spacious.

Was in town for an event in Hershey PA and looking for a hotel away from the tourist areas. This hotel was perfect for that! Rooms and public areas were clean and quiet even though my room was overlooking the small highway, the surrounding grounds were kept very nice and it I didn't hear any noise from the highway. The location was very convenient. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We did use the pool and hottub and they were very clean and pleasant in design. We had stayed here with our dog and she really enjoyed the surrounding dog walk area which was also kept very clean. I would stay here again!

Rooms were clean. Traveling with kids and it was clean to our family preference. Pool was a hit. Good basic breakfast which was fresh and a good plus! Only negative , was not getting fresh towels and such daily but that wasn’t the end of the world.

The SureStay Plus by Best Western was clean and the spacious rooms are family-friendly; however, the place/rooms are very dated, giving late 90s vibes. The staff was friendly and the free hot breakfast was good. The hotel is tucked away in a wooded area right off the highway (kind of weird, but whatever). It's closeness to Hershey's is really convenient, though.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was exceptionally well tended. Food was fresh and hot with a nice variety. Only down side was no icemaker on the 2nd floor & the in-room fridge did not have a freezer compartment. Staff was willing to use their Refrigerator/Freezer to refreeze our ice block.
