"Lovely location, incredibly charming and helpful staff. Food was actually very good also, I was surprised. The hotel itself is a bit run down and the rooms aren't wonderfully appointed (a bit shabby across the board) but the staff and location go a long way to making up for that."

"Best breakfast and dining room service I have had at a hotel! Fan was provided in the room and the mini fridge was a great bonus. Good shower and very comfortable room. Parking area is very small and tight for larger cars (I parked in Victoria carpark at a cost of ยฃ4 for 24 hours so not a huge problem - although be aware it is a pretty steep hill to get up to the hotel). My only negative is check out is 11am yet I had a knock on the door at 10.40am to ask if I was checking out soon?!"

"This inn was great value for money and it included a very good breakfast which we weren't expecting. Only down side was that our room overlooked the busy main road. When we stayed it was so hot we had to have the window open. This wasn't a problem for us but if you are a poor sleeper it might be. And if it wasn't so hot you would probably shut the window. Overall, I would stay here again."
