"Incredible views, location, breakfast and room! All of the staff were so helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. They offer eye masks for the bright sun that comes in off the water in the morning. The location right on the Harbor was perfect. I never wanted to leave my balcony. We opted to eat the complimentary breakfast every morning because it was so delicious. French toast and omelettes! This was truly a boutique hotel experience. "

"Home was immaculate and modern with great views of park & Mass State house. Finishing are very high end and host was super responsive. Only reason not to give a perfect score was some of questionable characters across the street at the square and nearby train station. Never felt unsafe, but hope the city can clear the area for this prized location and highly upgraded penthouse. Peter is great."

"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"Beautiful hotel! Great location. Easy to walk to local vendors, shopping, and can walk to the seaport. Staff were helpful and friendly. We.didnarrive right when Les Miserable was getting out, which did cause conjestion. Simply pull up in front of the hotel for vallet parking. It did take a while to get our car out of vallet, so suggeat texting them ahead of time. Overall very nice stay Highly recommend."

"The Newbury Boston horel was absolutely amazing, beautiful, and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located at a very prestigious area right across the street from the garden and where all the designer boutiques are. Will definitely return to this property"

"This was a quiet and clean place to stay. It is very near the North Station, which was convenient for us to catch Amtrak. We did think it was a bit overpriced, even compared to other hotels, but it was close to North Station so we paid the price. The one negative of the hotel was the shower only provided cool water. It never got warm, much less hot."

"Had a very nice room lookng out over the water. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel property was updated and functional. Hotel provided each room with two bottles of water a day which was very nice. Rooms had refrigerators. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Had a small problem with the parking. Everyday we would have to hit the speaker to be buzzed out due to room key not working properly. Desk staff did not offer to fix it they simply told us to buzz the desk to be let out....

"Terrible experience. Family of five with three youngsters. Despite being loyal to the MO brand for years, this Boston property is by far one of the worst we have stayed at. To start, there were blood stains on the room carpet. Two rooms on the same floor were confirmed by staff when the booking was made, yet they were not available at check-in. Room service trays sat outside of rooms for hours without being collected. The bathroom was outdated, and the air conditioning was noisy. Overall, the...
