"If I could afford to stay here all year round, it’s the only place I would stay! This is a hidden gem, every thing was clean, beautiful and perfect! Great views and amenities, amazing location. Staff were great, parking was a breeze. We were there in April and it was very quiet which was nice. If I were to say anything that wasn’t perfect it was the breakfast, fruit was very fresh and service was good, but food and options were just ok. It was also very close to the south station which has services that take you directly to the airport for free- otherwise the uber rides are very short/close to the airport as well. We would often walk back later at night and felt very safe. Hotel had great amnesties including a pool, onsite bars and restaurants, and a back patio that faced the water with a bar as well. "Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"We stayed in a beautiful, well-appointed room on the 4th floor. Great climate-control with in-room a/c and remote. Very comfy king-size bed. Very nice artwork, photographs and period furniture in our room and throughout the house. There is a small but quick elevator that stops at every floor. "The room was very small, especially the shower. When I checked out I was told there was a $35 destination fee. I asked what was that for and the receptionist pointed to a little sign booked by a plant. You get 2 bottles of water, a welcome drink and wifi. The only water i saw was in my room at $6 a bottle. Never given any vouchers for the drink. When I checked out the very sarcastic and disrespectful receptionist said you didn’t ask for them, your welcome"
