"Good room. Clean, bed was decent, not very loud. Excellent shower. Very good location. Parking situation is bad - DO NOT use Tower 180 nearby as it's basically a scam. "
"Amazing stay, came for the Chris brown concert, only complaint is it was obviously busy with parking but there was no indications of parking for this hotel until after I parked elsewhere and they said "you can park here for the same $60+ you just spent but you can stay until morning!" What? That would've been nice to know that parking wasn't included to begin with, I paid it regardless but had to walk the extra distance to a different parking lot since the main parking lot was not advertised "
"The staff were really friendly and helpful, ordering taxis for me and giving recommendations.
The rooms are really spacious and provide a good workspace if you need to work from your room or in the public areas. The wifi was decent enough for video calls.
I slept great in the comfortable bed and the rooms are so quiet, I never heard anyone else walk past or in other rooms. I'm usually a very light sleeper."
"This is one of the best places to stay in San Diego near the convention center. The hotel is amazing. It has everything you need. It is clean. It is quiet. It has a great bar and multiple dining options. The pool and the upstairs athletic Court and outdoor movies are bonuses. The service when you check in is warm and friendly. Jazzy was the best. She was kind and accommodating, and even explained some of the other services and options to enjoy in San Diego, such as Seaport Village, a bay cruise, bike rental rentals and more. The hotel is completely walkable to the gaslamp district little Italy, and more not to mention if you need an Uber or Lyft, they are easily available and affordable our room was clean and quiet. Again, can’t say enough good things about this hotel."
