"Our trip for my daughter’s 12th birthday was great. All of the staff were excellent and polite. Kimberly Simmons was nice enough to purchase my daughter some flowers and a card signed by all the staff! It was so beautiful! We come every year for her birthday and the hotel is always clean and has great amenities. I am so thankful for the staff and their great customer service and would recommend anyone who hasn’t to give this hotel a try! "

"This day was good. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. There were two issues that could have made the state even better. First, it was extremely humid and muggy and the moisture in the room was very high and hard to tame. I would recommend perhaps a dehumidifier. Second, the television in the room didn't work properly and when a staff member came to change the settings it only offered a very few handful of local networks. "We had a plumbing program in the first room we checked in. 3 attempts to fix it. But was unfixable at the time. So Ms Julia Tayler at front desk went up and beyond to make our accommodation a very excellent. She changed our room which was perfect for our stay and told us if we needed anything else let her know. She was the best. I would recommend a stay here definitely. ❤️❤️❤️"
