"I lost my engagement ring & didn’t realize until hours after checkout. I was multiple places but i started my search with the hotel. They were able to locate it within very tense for me moments & return it. I so appreciate their help!! The staff were fabulous during my stay. The only negative I have to report is that I was expecting boiled eggs in the continental breakfast & that was a no go. "

"What you see, is what you get. Property was beautiful, there were no surprises. Looked exactly like photos. Good instructions on how to use the included equipment(hot tub, fireplace, etc). The high point though? We're still talking about the bed. The bed was so comfortable we almost took it apart to find out what it was 😂. "

"The only issue I can complain about is the lack of accessible rooms ... but the staff did everything they could.to make the room work by providing a shower chair, bath may forntub safety and a grab bar type of thing for the wall (suction cup style) . So A+ for the staff in making it safe for me to shower, but more accessible rooms would be better. (The hotel only has 2 fully accessible rooms with walk in showers) "
