"Our stay was overall excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful and certainly seemed to enjoy the job. The included hot breakfast was great, well done and delicious. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The only drawback was the renovations the hotel was undergoing during our stay. Although it didn't really interfere with much it just took away from the overall appearance. "

"Was great at best Western. One thing that surprised me was I didn't need to have a deposit? Never stayed where they didn't require that. Definitely a bonus. I was explained by front desk why and made alot of sense. "

"staff is not helpful when i asked about how to open the door going to the pool, instead he closed the phone while still talking..very rude. otherwise, amenities and cleanliness met my expectation."
