Nice modern place to stay. Walking distance to the Altstadt. The only one thing that I can think could be added is a washer/dryer for guests. However, there is a laundromat about 10 min away.

4 days without hot water
Well From the day 1-4 I did not have a hot water. When I said I don’t have a hot water in my room the front desk person said “we know” And this was the answer for 4 days. I was not even offered a free coffee for the inconvenience.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice. Only negative was noise from sidewalk seating and park when window open (on second floor). Window closed quite quiet. Convenient walking to pedestrian area and old city.

5 stars all the way!
The hotel was perfect. Wish I was staying for longer than one night. Very modern, clean, incredibly comfortable, quiet, close to public transit. Absolutely the place to stay in Hannover!

Great location, great staff
Due to the covid we were moved to the city branch and not all our information was carried across they thought we had a room for one when it was two and a dog. But great location and staff were so welcoming to us and great location would stay again

Banal Business Hotel in a crap Location.
Fine but not great. Very small bed, banal decor, bad location. Good breakfast. Better off at motelone but there isn't one in Hanover.

Nice and convenient
The room was fine (Rooms in Europe are smaller than the US) but bigger than some I’ve stayed in. The included breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay there again.

Very good quality hotel
Good hotel in a great area, easy to get to train station, tourist areas and bars and restaurants. Great shower and excellent breakfast. Only shortcoming was the duvet was tiny. Didn't cover the bed and slightly affected sleep

Everything fine except the WFII which was not reliable in the room in which we were staying.Breakfast excellent.Minimum tea and coffee kept in the room.Nice gesture with the mini bar

Had unpleasant issues with staff regarding their attitude. Not customer focussed and very confronting. When challenged, we were told we could leave. Said we would if we could get our money back, of course NO! Location fine but very disappointed in this Mercure

Perfect spot away from home while on business
This is a simple hotel - but it is very nicely decorated and quite clean and restful. The duvet was a bit small but the bed and room were overall very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower - clean and bright bathroom. One downside- I was not allowed to check in until 3 pm, so that was a bit uncomfortable after a red-eye flight from the States. There is a chic bar/restaurant downstairs with a friendly bartender and various people (mostly business travelers). Food at the restaurant is excellent - but it would be nice to have a late night menu. The neighborhood is quiet and somewhat removed from the more busy central part of Hannover. There are a few decent restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance. The subway is a short walk (~7 min).

Great for a short stay
Clean room and bathroom, easy access to town centre and the train station. did not pay for breakfast as there were plenty of options within a 10-15 minute walk.

Convenient location, quiet at night
Very good hotel. Perhaps not tip-top in terms of condition of rooms, but fine and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Buffet breakfast excellent. I would certainly stay there again.

Uncomfortable beds but great service
The bed was terribly uncomfortable. I spent three nights here and my back was a reck afterward. However the staff were excellent.
