Hospitality is another form of marketing, canceled my paid off room; they lost money spent on the decoration
It disappointed me as a former Marriott hotel receptionist is that I arrived at the hotel around 10pm ATL from the airport, guest service stuff including the supervisor couldn’t honour me the room which was fully booked and paid for being short of $50 of deposit even though I guaranteed to replace the card with enough money in the morning
Guest service underestimated my ability and showed ignorance
Bothers my heart, I returned in the morning for my last night since I had 2 and the room wasn’t even sold that last night, yet the same last night stuff still used same card I had; so inhumane!
Even with airport tiredness, my night was canceled which left me with no place to go in a city where I’m not used to
Gym wasn’t accessible at around 9 to 10pm young girls were still playing in the pool making it weird for any adult to get in the gym, both connected!
Key couldn’t work even though it was during open hours
For this worse guest service I’ll never get my leg here and neither people I know won’t be referred
