"Our room was very clean and quiet, and the beds and pillows were quite comfortable. It was also nicely furnished. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating."

Nice welcome when in checking, property looks nice and Orval clean, unfortunately we didn’t see any service for the nights we are there, not ones they come and clean the room, garbage or changes the towels, in the end we had to ask for towels and take away the garbage and use are own garbage bags. Are room never got clean sweep or floors washed is to bad. For all the time we there we didn’t see any staff working. No"

"Nicely landscaped, comfortable beds, very clean. Only recommendation I would make is to install at least one bar in bathtub to make it more safe for older people to climb in and out of the tub/shower."

"This is a go to temporary motel. The rates were low and if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable bed, that’s what you’re gonna get. It’s not a five star by any stretch, but you’re not paying for five stars either. The owners are nice and retirement age. The exterior pictures of the hotel are definitely outdated. It’s a stop and go kind of place. Use it for what you need it for and then time to move on."

"The room was really clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent, probably the best I have had in a hotel in a long time. We had Eggs, fries and French bread and everything was delicious. Coffee is great too. Would definitely stay with them again. "

"The room was clean but very basic; the husband and wife team that manages the property (for someone else) were friendly; the property urgently needs a face lift. It looks quite worn. The view and location were excellent. The WiFi did not work; there was no dining facility. The water quality for washing is quite basic since the water is pumped straight from Oxtongue Lake! We would not stay there again or recommend it to our friends."
