"This hotel is not a bad hotel at all; however the value is not worth the cost. For the high costs and resort fee, you will have a much newer and enjoyable experience at the Marriot. The difference in price is pennies and the difference in room and amenities is drastic. I was very disappointed by the room and hotel in comparison to the other hotels in the area. They have tons of hidden fees, the pool is not impressive, there is no hot tub, the rooms are older. I would definitely choose a different hotel in the area even if it seems more expensive, in the end you will pay the same for less amenities. "

Most of the concierge staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. However, our checkout experience was disappointing. The staff member assisting us spoke very quietly, making it difficult to understand, and avoided eye contact, which came across as dismissive. It left us feeling uncomfortable and was not the level of service we experienced from the rest of the team. With more consistent communication and attentiveness during checkout, this would have been a perfect stay.”"

"Staff is all super nice and helped with any questions very quickly! We asked for an hour later check out because my wife was pregnant and having a tougher morning and they made it happen no problem! The rooms are so clean and daily house keeping makes it look like you’re checking in to a new room every night. "

"The front desk rep (Cecillia) was outstanding. We arrived 4 hours before chech in. We prepared to sit and wait when I mentioned my husband had just finished medical attention. Without being asked she worked her magic and we got a room immediately. We were flying home the next day and with a 11:00 checkout time we would have been waiting 10 hours at the airport but Cecillia let us remain in the room until 6 pm for a reasonable fee so we arrived at the airport just in time to make our flight which meant my husband coukd remain in bed. Yes the hotel and furniture are beyond tired (but clean) and yes the freeway noise is definitely there but Cecillia excelled in kindness. Thank you Cecillia."
