"We really didn’t enjoy this hotel. The onsen offsite was incredible over crowded especially not suitable for couple. The hotel makes you join a queue line to get rooms, dinner, breakfast etc even at your designated times. Staff was not helpful with calling a cab or helping us with directions. Overall ..."
